DYNAMARK IMPACT PRESS
Delivers powerful performance for short-stroke operations such as stamping, riveting, cutting, deburring castings or plastics, and driving rivets.
- ・By clamping the workpiece before striking, it ensures accurate and clean results.
- ・When used for stamping at 0.5 MPa air pressure, the DMSJ-03C delivers power equivalent to about 7 tons of a hydraulic press, while consuming only 0.65 Nℓ/st of air. This achieves groundbreaking low cost, space saving, and energy efficiency.
- ・Because the workpiece is clamped before striking, it remains safe even at high output. Alignment and adjustments are also easy.
- ・Simply connect the air supply and lightly press the lever to operate.
DMMC SERIES
To accommodate various processing conditions, the cylinders are offered as a series. They can be easily integrated into production lines for automation.
- ・Handled like ordinary air cylinders, with clamping stroke speed adjustable via speed control.
- ・Using a differential sequence valve and pressure switch circuit, the system automatically strikes after clamping the workpiece.
